Forum on possible draft and military recruitment

State Party co-chair and Oklahoma Greens member James Branum conducted a forum on draft and military issues on Dec. 2 at OCU. Quaker attorney and peace activist Rex Friend co-led the discussion with James, who is a founder of Oklahoma Committee for Conscientious Objectors.
